StumbleLetter: Voting device manufacturers will be winners

Most people will say, "The lawyers!" Think again. The "winners" will be those involved in design, development, manufacturing and marketing of voting devices and counting machines.
The devices will be designed to "divine" and count every vote. No chad involved! I hope the federal government will stay out of the process. Surely the states can determine the standards and private enterprise will prevail.
