StumbleMetro officers cleared in shootings

A seven-member board has cleared four Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officers in two different shootings.
The Use of Force Board is made up of citizens and police officers.
The board cleared officers in the March 18 shooting of a teen-ager at an apartment complex and the Feb. 5 fatal shooting of John O'Banion.
