Clark County Commissioner Erin Kenny is backing down on a plan that would have severely restricted the locations for casinos and large commercial sites.
Kenny had proposed an ordinance that would have restricted the placement of such projects to freeway corridors, spacing them 2 1/2 miles apart.
Kenny said she is eliminating the location restrictions, but is not happy doing so.
