Individual game tickets for Big League Weekend 1999 go on sale today at the Cashman Field box office or can be purchased by phone by calling the Las Vegas Stars (386-7200 or 320-7825) or TicketMaster (474-4000).
There will be four games on Big League Weekend this year, including two each on April 2 and 3.
The April 2 opener at 12:05 p.m. features the Chicago Cubs and Sammy Sosa against Ken Griffey's Seattle Mariners. A limited number of tickets, priced at $15 for reserved and assigned general admission, remain.
The April 2 nightcap, which begins at 7:05 p.m., features the 1998 National League champion San Diego Padres against the Milwaukee Brewers.
The Padres will also face the Chicago White Sox on Saturday, April 3, at 12:05 p.m. The Mariners and Brewers will play at 6:05 p.m. that evening.
