"Our most kind and gracious Father in heaven. We're indeed grateful for the opportunity we have of being here this fine wonderful morning.
Father at this time we would ask that thy spirit might be here with us this day that those decisions that we make will be in accord with thy mind and will and those things that we say and do will also be in accord with thy mind and will.
Father, we would ask that those people that are not here this day that they will be able to watch the replay of this and see that we are really trying to do those things that we think are necessary and that will benefit the citizens of our great city of Las Vegas.
Again, father, we're indeed grateful for the things thou has done for us.
