Last Thursday and Friday go down in the memory book as we had the good fortune to enjoy "Tap Dogs" in the MGM Grand Theatre the first night and Steve Lawrence & Eydie Gorme plus a magnificent 32-piece Johnny Haig orchestra, under the direction of Jack Feierman, in Caesars Circus Maximus the next evening. ... This is LV entertainment as it should be.

"Tap Dogs" deserves a quick return and a longer run. ... It is such a physical tour de force, an engagement may be limited to one show a night with extra matinees on weekends. ... Steve & Eydie deserve to become Caesars Palace regulars once more based upon last weekend's capacity crowd counts and tumultuous audience response.

The Jordanaires with Sharon Haynes as Patsy Cline in their warm "Tribute To Patsy Cline" are back in the Gold Coast showroom and will continue through May 24 this visit, a true price and quality best-buy.
