Finalists for the Washoe District Court seat that Mills Lane is vacating include Deputy District Attorney Gemma Greene, Deputy Attorney General Kevin G. Higgins and attorney Margaret Springgate.
Lane is leaving the bench to launch a new career as the host of a syndicated television show, "Judge Mills Lane - Justice You Can Trust."
Finalists for the Clark County Family Court seat that Terrance Marren has vacated include attorneys Kendal Sue Bird and William O. Voy of Las Vegas, and Arthur Ritchie Jr. of Henderson.
Marren left his job to take a position as city attorney in Mesquite.
Gov. Bob Miller will make the final selections.
