Ryan Oshun Moore, 17, of Sparks, and Charles Dejuan Morris, 21, of Reno, pleaded innocent Friday to murder and robbery charges in the Feb. 8 shooting death of Branson Clark.
Police said a group of four people allegedly wanted to rob people whom they thought were drug dealers at a Vista West apartment in northwest Reno.
Clark, a Chicago Express deliveryman, apparently walked out of the apartment before he was shot.
Police said the Battle Mountain native simply was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
