Families in Focus is designed for families to learn how to extend support and encouragement to each other during the bereavement process.
In addition to the family program, the hospice has individual support programs specifically for children (6-8 and 9-12), teenagers (13-16) and parents or guardians. These groups help participants deal with and express thoughts of sadness, anger, loneliness, fear, guilt and frustration with their peers and trained facilitators.
