Since when is it anyone's business whether a person pays cash for his or her home? Or since when is it considered a mistake? Does he think Harry Hopkins was planning to get sick? And then Constantine has the nerve to say that it is wrong for anyone else to help someone in need because, in his opinion, the homeowner shouldn't have paid for his home in the first place.
Constantine better hope and pray that if he is ever in this position that neighbors like him are not on his association board.
