Other locations include Incline Village, Henderson and a district taking in Churchill, Pershing and Humboldt counties.
Contracts totaling $1.7 million for the program expansion were approved Wednesday by the Board of Examiners, chaired by the governor.
The program provides visitation services to new parents, new baby centers for education programs and resource lending centers where materials can be obtained.
With four other Family to Family contracts approved earlier this year, a total of nine are final. The remaining four contracts will be brought to the board in the coming months.
The $9 million statewide program was a major component of Miller's 1997 legislative package, and generated a lot of controversy with some parents and organizations who saw it as an unwarranted intrusion by government into the lives of new parents.
The program was funded by lawmakers and is voluntary for parents who want assistance.
