Letter: Disabled have tough time with some public telephones

While most can easily be used by a person in a wheelchair, there is absolutely no accommodation made for disabled persons who have no trouble standing but are so weak they cannot wrestle with the phone book like the rest of us do. Some phone books need to be higher up and have a device which locks them in place.
