This community has been waiting nearly two decades for Kenny Guinn to run for governor, as one individual quoted in the paper stated: "... Kenny is a man of integrity. He is intelligent, he doesn't lie and he doesn't cheat." I have known Kenny for 29 years and couldn't offer any better way to describe Kenny Guinn; more importantly, he is a people's man and that's why Democrats and Republicans alike are in unison behind him.
Kenny will be the greatest governor this state has had since Mike O'Callaghan. Nevada needs an experienced and dedicated Kenny Guinn to lead this rapidly growing state into the new millennium.
Several weeks ago, Rosie O'Donnell was talking about the movie "Titanic," and said, "The thing I liked about the movie, I knew how it ended before I went." Sounds to me like the Clark County Republican Convention last weekend: They could have boarded the Queen Mary but insisted on the Titanic instead.
