StumbleReno to receive cosmetic makeover

The City Council has approved spending $550,000 to spruce up the downtown area as the city prepares to host the U.S. Conference of Mayors in June.
New, brighter street lights, along with banners and signs will be installed.
City officials also intend to target the owners of rundown buildings to clean up their properties.
