Reno city manager gets $6,000 raise, $10,000 bonus

Council members reviewed McNeely's job performance during a closed personnel session on Tuesday, then gave him a $6,000 raise and a $10,000 bonus.
McNeely was hired in February of 1996. At that time, his annual salary was $103,000 and he was eligible for a $10,000 bonus.
Last year, the council increased his salary to $113,000 and raised his possible bonus to $15,000.
The latest raise increases his base salary to $119,000 annually.
