IMAGO to perform at Dixie Center
Tuesday, April 7, 1998 | 11 a.m.
IMAGO's presentation will surprise kids from 3 to 103. Arms are really legs, up is down and back is front in this presentation. Entertaining since 1978, co-founders and directors Carol Triffle and Jerry Mouawad draw upon their training in the Jacque LeCoq method to create characters that are both fantastic and touchingly human.
Triffle and Mouawad also are talented in the plastic arts. Using any and all materials, the pair create masks that defy definition, incorporating not only the face but the body as well. Additional use of music and multimedia effects combine for a truly unique theatrical experience.
Tickets are on sale at the Dixie Center box office for $12 adults and $9 youth. Call (801) 628-7003 for more information.
