Harry E. Baker, 82, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local care center. He was born April 12, 1915, in Ohio. A resident for 15 years, he was a machinist.

He is survived by his wife, Frances; one daughter, Joan Saal; one brother, Carl Baker; one sister, Emily Chaney; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

F. DEAN BOISELLE

F. Dean Boiselle, 61, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 3, 1937, in Los Angeles. A resident for five years, he was a Clark County School District bus driver, a Marine Corps veteran and a member of the Independent Order of Foresters.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra; one son, David J. Boiselle of Seattle; one brother, Rexford Boiselle of Sedona, Ariz.; and one grandchild.

DONALD W. CHISOLM

Donald W. Chisolm, 63, of Las Vegas died March 10 in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 19, 1934, in New York. A resident for 30 years, he was a poker dealer.

He is survived by one son, Donald Chisolm Jr. of Nevada.

Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

ROBERT D. CLARKE

Robert D. Clarke, 75, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 19, 1922, in St. Marys, W.Va. A resident for 33 years, he was a retired geologist engineer for the Department of Energy and a World War II and Korean War Navy veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Sylvia J.; one daughter, Jeanne L. Wightman of Las Vegas; one son, Robert T. Clarke of Fallon; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

LORENA MAE DEQUIER

Lorena Mae Dequier, 90, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born May 12, 1907, in Cecilia, La. A resident for nine years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one son, Walter H. Baurber of Longview, Wash.; two daughters, Eva Coe and Jean Stephens, both of Las Vegas; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.

MARIE T. ELLIOTT

Marie T. Elliott, 73, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 30, 1924, in Firestone, Colo. A resident for 16 1/2 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Weingart and Marsha Yacovetta, both of Wheat Ridge, Colo.; one son, Rick Elliott of Denver; three sisters, Helen McHugh of Westminster, Colo., and Lucille Evancich and Lorraine St. Peter, both of Wheat Ridge; two brothers, Tony Onorato of Firestone and Dominic Onorato of Las Vegas; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

No local services are scheduled. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

LEATRESS JOY JOHNSON

Leatress Joy Johnson, 67, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Jan. 3, 1930, in DeLeon, Texas. A resident for two years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by four sons, Gary L. Johnson of Las Vegas, William Johnson of Reno, Jerry Marshall of Hemet, Calif., and Dennis Marshall of Phoenix; one brother, Ed Parker of Fort Worth, Texas; one sister, Vera White of Arizona City, Ariz.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Bunker Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. A private burial will follow.

Clare B. Kery, 65, of North Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 7, 1932, in River Rouge, Mich. A resident for eight years, she was a retired secretary.

She is survived by three daughters, Deborah DeNapoli of Boca Raton, Fla., Susan Kery of Albuquerque, N.M., and Tabitha Davis of Las Vegas; two sisters, Dorothy Mosher and Rosemary Heygi, both of Michigan; and four grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 3:30 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

RUTH EVELYN KING

Ruth Evelyn King, 93, of Las Vegas died March 23 in Las Vegas. A resident for 11 years, she was born Oct. 10, 1904, in Keene, N.H.

She is survived by one sister, Irene Kelly of Tucson, Ariz.; and one grandchild.

FREDRICK H. LANCASTER

Fredrick H. Lancaster, 69, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born May 27, 1928, in Illinois. A resident for three years, he was the director of the Lung Association, a Navy veteran, a member of the Shriners, Masons and Scottish Rite Bodies.

He is survived by his wife, Mildred; three sons, Joseph, Patrick and Michael; one brother, Bert; two sisters, Martha Ramsey and Joanne Parcell; and one grandchild.

ALICE MICKENS

Alice Mickens, 81, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born April 28, 1916, in Jersey City, N.J. A resident for two years, she was a retired nurse's aide.

She is survived by two daughters, Mabel Jackson and Beverly Goodman, both of Las Vegas; one son, Fredrick Goodman of Los Angeles; two sisters, Dorothy Gunby of Las Vegas and Ruth Harris of Lexington, Va.; 15 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

ALMA LOUISE RIFFE

Alma Louise Riffe, 57, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 28, 1941, in Lawton, Okla. A resident for 28 years, she was a convention worker.

She is survived by one daughter, Debra Treann Charles of Las Vegas; one sister, Nora Pearl Conley of Nampa, Idaho; two brothers, J.D. Williams of Seeley, Calif., and Glen Williams of Houston; and two grandchildren.

MANUELA GOMEZ RINGWALSKI

Manuela Gomez Ringwalski, 64, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born July 15, 1933, in Lebrija, Spain. A resident for 31 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Delbert; one son, Frank Ringwalski of Las Vegas; one daughter, Linda Ringwalski of North Las Vegas; two brothers, Juan Gomez Roman and Francisco Gomez Roman, and one sister, Delores Casada Gomez, all of Spain.

Visitation is scheduled 4-8 p.m. Friday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Helen B. Rodreick, 82, of North Las Vegas died Wednesday in North Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 8, 1915, in Los Angeles. A resident for 48 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by three sons, Bud Beatty of Kettle Falls, Wash., Bob Rodreick of Lamoille and Bill Rodreick of Las Vegas; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Memory Gardens.

Ruth S. Saliture, 80, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 30, 1917, in San Francisco. A resident for 3 1/2 years, she was a retired insurance secretary for Prudential Insurance Co.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph; two daughters, Roslyn Saliture of Las Vegas and Carole Saliture of Chicago.

BARBARA SANGER STARTIN

Barbara Sanger Startin, 86, of Boulder City died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 23, 1912, in Twin Falls, Idaho. A resident for 65 years, she and her husband owned and operated Nevada Jewelers in Boulder City for 56 years.

She is survived by one daughter, Leslie Startin Wong of Oregon City, Ore.; one son, Gregory LeRoy Startin of Scottsdale, Ariz.; one brother, Frederic Sanger of Twin Falls; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.

RAYMOND LEO SULLIVAN

Raymond Leo Sullivan, 69, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 28, 1929, in Colorado. A resident for 26 years, he was a consultant for a sheet rock construction company and an Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Alice.

Mildred Thwing, 76, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local care center. She was born June 27, 1921, in Ohio. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Marvin; two sons, Randy and Rex; two daughters, Beth Thomas and Jill McGinnis; two sisters, Helen Brong and Josephine Brong; and three grandchildren.

Opal Wells, 81, of Las Vegas died March 6 in a local hospital. A retired nurse, she was born Oct. 25, 1916, in Wyoming.

FRANK WILSON

Frank Wilson, 74, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. He was born Dec. 4, 1923, in Illinois. A resident for eight years, he was a director of finance for a lock company, a Marine Corps veteran and a member of the Elks Lodge.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce; two sons, Michael and Timothy Lewis; four daughters, Judith Palmer, Terry Funderburg, Pamela Wilson and Diana Rich; and nine grandchildren.

Services were scheduled 12:30 p.m. today in the First Presbyterian Church on Charleston Boulevard. Neptune Society of Nevada, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, Building 5, is handling arrangements.

LAURA WRIGHT

Laura Wright, 60, of Henderson died Monday in a local hospice. She was born March 25, 1938, in Henderson, N.C. A resident for 20 years, she was a retired group home care owner-operator.

She is survived by five sons, William C. Wright, George Wright III, David Wright and Timothy Wright, all of San Diego, and Samuel Wright of Las Vegas; three daughters, Loretta Lucious of Las Vegas, Beatrice Sanders of North Las Vegas and Angela Wright of Henderson; one sister, Mary Elizabeth Pruden of Philadelphia; and 13 grandchildren.

Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday in Word of Life Christian Church, 3520 N. Buffalo Drive. Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday in Woodlawn Cemetery.
