North Las Vegas Police believe a man whose body was found in the city's northern outskirts was killed by a gunshot wound.
A motorcyclist found the body about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday while riding in a desert area near Losee Road, north of Elkhorn Road. Authorities have not confirmed his identity but believe he was Hispanic and about 25 to 30 years old.
Police ask that anyone with information about the man's death to call detectives at 649-9111 or Secret Witness at 385-5555.
