Come on, this looks more like an attack on Wells Fargo and a customer service issue than a letter to the editor.
Did this person write Wells Fargo and get a response? Don't stoop to this low level of public complaint. If you do, people will expect you to publish letters of complaint about poor service at restaurants.
Otherwise, keep up the good work.
