Nicole Daedone, author of Slow Sex: The Art and Craft of the Female Orgasm (Grand Central/Hachette, May 2011), is bringing OM (Orgasmic Meditation) to Las Vegas. In a lecture at the Erotic Heritage Museum (3275 Industrial Road, Las Vegas, 89109), on the 20th of July at 8pm, Nicole will host an interactive discussion on love, sex, and female orgasm. The lecture is free, admission still applies to enter the museum.

Nicole Daedone founded OneTaste, an organization that teaches the practice of OM (Orgasmic Meditation) to singles and couples, in San Francisco in 2004. The company has since expanded activities to LA, San Diego, Austin, New York, and Boulder, Colorado.

In her TEDxSF talk 'Orgasm: the Cure for Hunger in the Western Woman,' which has over 200,000 views on YouTube, she explains that OM, short for Orgasmic Meditation, is a simple sexuality practice that two people do together to increase sexual sensation, deepen connection, and take their sex lives to a whole new level.

Jay Leno mentioned Nicole's Slow Sex book in his intro on The Tonight Show two weeks ago (06/11/12), find the video here http://www.nbc.com/the-tonight-show/video/monologue-part-2-61112/1405846/ In his #1 New York Times Bestseller The 4-Hour Body Timothy Ferriss calls the OM practice “required education for every man on the planet.”

OneTaste and Nicole Daedone have also been covered by The New York Times, TIME Magazine, the New Yorker, NPR, Vanity Fair, abc Nightline, the New York Post, the Daily Mail, the San Francisco Chronicle, 7×7 Magazine, Cosmopolitan UK, and Australian Women's Health Magazine.

The Erotic Heritage Museum (EHM) was born of a creative partnership between a Preacher and a Pornographer. Rev. Ted McIlvenna and Harry Mohney in August, 2008. The EHM houses more than 17,000 square feet of permanent and featured exhibits designed to preserve wonders of the erotic imagination as depicted through the artistic expression of acts of sex and love.

Quotes for use by media
“OM offers couples a way to connect to their sex in a way most have never experienced before. Like yoga or meditation, OM is something you do every day, and its benefits increase with time. Women learn how to open up sexually. Men learn how to please their women more. Both partners learn to feel more in sex and in life.” --Nicole Daedone, founder of OneTaste and author of Slow Sex: The Art and Craft of the Female Orgasm

“Slow Sex is connected sex. Instead of going faster and harder, it’s about starting off slowly and feeling everything there is to feel. You start by stripping sex down to nothing but you and your partner. No special positions, no toys required. Then you notice the sensation in your body. It’s like magic: just paying attention makes sexual sensation so much more intense. Suddenly you can feel your desire in ways you never have. Women have so much trouble asking for what we want during sex. Slow Sex is the cure.” --Nicole Daedone, founder of OneTaste and author of Slow Sex: The Art and Craft of the Female Orgasm
