Colliers International – Las Vegas hires Bridget Richards and Jason Lesley to oversee new Las Vegas Investment Services Division

LAS VEGAS – (March 24, 2014) – Mike Mixer, executive managing director of Colliers International – Las Vegas, announced today the company is launching a new Las Vegas Investment Services Division. Colliers has hired Bridget Richards and Jason Lesley both as senior vice presidents to lead this division.

Richards and Lesley have extensive industry knowledge and experience with commercial real estate, including all investment and high-profile owner-user disciplines: office, medical office, industrial, retail, multi-family and mobile home communities.

Prior to joining Colliers International, the duo successfully established New Growth Commercial Real Estate Company, an innovative, boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm. As part of New Growth, Richards and Lesley flourished, closing more than $560 million in transaction volume, which makes both a perfect fit for leading the new Las Vegas Investment Services Division.
