Dunkin’ Donuts Las Vegas to Hold 2nd Annual Bottled Water Drive for the Salvation Army

Locations collecting cases of bottled water to be distributed to the homeless during the summer months

(LAS VEGAS) – The heat is on in Las Vegas, and for local organizations such as the Salvation Army serving Southern Nevada, keeping a full supply of water for the homeless population can be a challenge.

To help meet this need, Dunkin’ Donuts, America’s all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, will hold a bottled water drive for the Salvation Army. From July 5 through July 31, customers who donate a case of bottled water at participating Las Vegas area Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants will receive a free medium hot or iced coffee and a classic donut of their choice.

“We understand the critical need the Salvation Army has to make sure the populations they serve have free access to water during the hot summer months,” said Charlie Mootz of Dunkin’ Donuts Las Vegas. “As community partners, we want to do our part to help. Anyone who brings in a case of water to a participating Las Vegas area Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant will receive a free coffee and a donut as a thank you for their generosity.”
