Here’s the latest installment of the Play of the Day, which uses odds from the South Point. Our three sports writers started with a $10,000 bankroll — fictional, of course.

Wyoming minus-2 at Air Force: $770 to win $700 : My familiarity with the Mountain West from covering UNLV gives provides an edge in handicapping today.

Kamryn Williams is out for the season with an Achilles injury for Air Force, and leading scorer Max Yon returned to the lineup Wednesday after a three-week hiatus for personal reasons. He managed just five points in 18 minutes and was clearly rusty.

For the season, Air Force has lost 93 man-games to injury, resulting in a 10-12 record. Yes, the Falcons are tough to beat at home, but Wyoming (19-4) is one of the Mountain West’s best teams and should win by double digits.

Air Force doesn’t have answers for Wyoming’s bigs — 6-foot-8 senior Larry Nance Jr. is the league’s best player, and 6-foot-9 senior Derek Cooke Jr. averages 5.5 rebounds per game. Although Wyoming has struggled on the road, needing triple overtime to beat Fresno State and losing at Utah State, that won’t be the case against a depleted Air Force roster.

Standings: Bern (66-56-1, $11,896), Keefer (64-64-2, $9,987), Brewer (57-66-3, $4,985)
