Fans hold signs after the Philadelphia 76ers won an NBA basketball game against the Detroit Pistons, Saturday, March 29, 2014, in Philadelphia. Philadelphia won 123-98, breaking a 26-game losing streak.

Perhaps an eventful NBA offseason didn’t shift the league’s landscape as radically as perceived.

The team with LeBron James is still at the top of the betting board. The Philadelphia 76ers remain at the bottom.

The Westgate Las Vegas Superbook opened its over/under season win totals for all 30 NBA teams Tuesday afternoon. For at least the fifth straight year, the sports book burdened James with the highest number.

The Cleveland Cavaliers’ total is 58.5 victories. That’s 43 wins more than the lowly 76ers, which appear to be in for another rough season.

The Superbook caused a stir when it revealed the 76ers’ over/under was 16.5 wins last year. Despite losing an NBA record 26 games in a row near the end of the year, Philadelphia’s “over” hit with 19 victories.

Nonetheless, its line is a game lower for the 2014-2015 season.

Check out the Superbook’s full list of over/under win totals below and check back to Talking Points leading up to the Oct. 28 start of the season for more coverage of NBA betting.
