UFC announces ‘TUF’ No. 8 card at Palms

The Ultimate Fighting Championship released its complete fight card for the Dec. 13 finale of “The Ultimate Fighter 8: Team Nogueira vs. Team Mir.”

Sixteen cast members will take part in the live event held at the Palms casino and airing on Spike TV.

The finals for the show's lightweight fight (155-pound class) between Phillipe Nover and Efrain Escudero and light-heavyweight (205) bout of Vinny Magalhaes and Ryan Bader were determined during back-to-back episodes of the reality TV show on Wednesday night.

Previously announced fights between Jason MacDonald and Wilson Gouveia and Kevin Burns and Anthony Johnson are also included on the main card, which is highlighted by controversial cast member Junie Browning and Dave Kaplan’s fight.
