Perini to county: Don’t let MGM implode Harmon tower because waste of $300 million and would create public hazard

So says a letter from the master builder to Clark County officials, along with an attachment, both of which are posted at right.

Perini says MGM Mirage officials claim that the tower poses a safety risk "is patently and demonstrably false," says imploding is far more dangerous than fixing what it calls many design defects.

The ugliness continues.
