How much could the government receive in fees and taxes over time instead of a one-time grab like this?
This is a disturbing action.
Amazing that these government folks have nothing better to do. What an enormous waste of taxpayer money. But possibly the government will be able to steal enough money via "forfeitures" to offset the bloated salaries of the fools pursuing this case. Disgusting.

The US attourney speaks and acts from a position of profound ignorance about the nature of the game of poker, combined with extreme arrogance due to the power invested in him, rather like a 400 pound gorilla disrupting an opera because its content offends him.
