One month after he wrote a letter to Gov. Jim Gibbons telling him the higher ed system would not make cuts, Chancellor Dan Klaich has sent a missive outlining a plan for cuts. The Emily Litella letter surely was prompted by pressure from his regent bosses. It is at right.
