Firefighters to county: We’ll go directly to final arbitration

Clark County's fire union boss Ryan Beaman said on "Face to Face" on Wednesday that the union has sent a letter acceding to the government's request to bypass fact-finding and go directly to final arbitration. County officials said this morning they have yet to receive the letter, but I have obtained it. The letter culminates a war of paper and spin that began with Beaman requesting fact-finding in late July and the county saying it prefers to go directly to the final step to accelerate an agreement.
