Tea Party candidate alleges wrongoing by DA’s office, says he has been targeted

In a startling and stinging news release, Scott Ashjian, the bane of the GOP, says that a deputy district attorney and former county GOP chairman wrongly tried to prosecute him on bad-check charges, that no arrest warrant was issued and that he has contacted the FBI about efforts to intimidate him.
