Is it routine or a sign that the Federal Election Commission has found serious irregularities in Sen. John Ensign's last three PAC reports? We will know by Nov. 13, when Ensign must respond.
The letter, posted at right, indicates the senator has not properly disclosed who is paying the operating costs for his PAC and whether an in-kind contribution needs to be revealed.
