Regents reprimand chancellor, appoint liaison to deal with governor, Legislature

The chair and vice-chair of the board sent out a reprimand letter to Jim Rogers today, saying his remarks lambasting Jim Gibbons were "unauthorized and inappropriate." They also appointed Vice Chancellor Dan Klaich as liaison to Gibbons and lawmakers, as the governor has requested. It also said Rogers has agreed not to make any more nasty comments about Gibbons.

That ought to do it.
