That's what a letter from Jim Gibbons' chief of staff to Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto says, claiming that Controller Kim Wallin is trying to veto the administration's executive order on stimulus funds. Now Masto has to enter a nasty political fight.
I have posted the letter at right, as well as the missive Wallin sent to the Legislative Counsel Bureau requesting Interim Finance Committee approval of the stimulus funding before she acts.
