It's called of the Interim Finance Committee’s Subcommittee to Conduct a Review of Nevada’s Revenue Structure. What is it? The interim study approved by lawmakers that, for the umpteenth time, will study Nevada's tax structure and find it wanting. But there will be visions and stakeholders and some definition of quality of life.

Touchy feely or substantive? Designed for implementation or dust-gathering with all the other studies?

We shall see.
