It's called of the Interim Finance Committee’s Subcommittee to Conduct a Review of Nevada’s Revenue Structure. What is it? The interim study approved by lawmakers that, for the umpteenth time, will study Nevada's tax structure and find it wanting. But there will be visions and stakeholders and some definition of quality of life.
Touchy feely or substantive? Designed for implementation or dust-gathering with all the other studies?
We shall see.
I have posted the first agenda at right.

The agenda looks like something a serious alcoholic would draw up for his own "recovery" plan. When the best they can do is make a vague reference to "quality of life" it means they are just bumpin' around in the darkness of dominant political correctness. Nevada is no longer "the Mississippi of the West." We have deteriorated to being "the Guatemala of the North."
