IRS, Department of Labor complaints filed against Sen. Hardy

Looks like the same folks who filed that ethics complaint against state Sen. Warren Hardy have found a new avenue to cause him problems, filed by the same lawyer who was involved in preparing the ethics complaint. It has to do with payments between a lobbying group and a related non-profit. Read the report at right.
