While I was reporting today's Las Vegas Sun story about Sin City's cupcake-bribery phenomenon, Cupcakery founder Pamela Jenkins shared a trade secret: her proprietary method of eating cupcakes.
“We call it the cupwich,” she said. “You break the bottom off, and put it on top, with the frosting in the middle.
“This,” declared the cupcake queen of Las Vegas, “is the best way to eat a cupcake.”
