Congressman Dean Heller says the revelation of U.S. Sen. John Ensign's affair played into his decision not to seek U.S. Senator Harry Reid's seat, but Heller says news of the tryst was not the deciding factor. What was?

Heller says he wants to be around for his fourth and youngest child's first years of high school. Heller repeatedly pointed out that his wife and children are his priority, not a Senate seat.

The congressman said Ensign will be dogged by the scandal until he answers questions and that he should come forth.

Check out Heller's comments on Ensign as well as his take on the health care reform debate during an exclusive interview tonight on Face to Face.
