Those were the days…

Remember the good ole' days... when all a judge asked for was a good foot massage? Suddenly Judge Elizabeth Halverson's alleged transgressions look like small potatoes compared to the explosive allegations contained in the Nevada Judicial Discipline Commission's complaint against Family Court Judge Nicholas Del Vecchio. If you, like others, are asking "How can Del Vecchio still be on the bench when Halverson's been suspended?", you'll be interested in the explanation offered on tonight's program by attorney Lynn Conant. Both Conant and fellow Family Court lawyer Daniel Marks give Del Vecchio high marks as a jurist, despite the horrors he's alleged to have committed as a step-father and supervisor.

We invited Del Vecchio to join us, but his secretary said he had a full calendar. The invitation stands for his first convenience.
