Treasure Island owner Phil Ruffin may want to buy the adjacent Mirage hotel and casino.
“We approached them, and they don’t have anything on the market,” Ruffin told The Wichita Eagle about Mirage owner MGM Resorts International. He wants the Mirage in part because of its proximity to his property.
