Pinnacle Entertainment Inc., the owner of seven U.S. casinos, scrapped plans to build a second casino resort in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and will surrender the license.
The development, called Sugarcane Bay at L’Auberge du Lac, was budgeted at $350 million, Las Vegas-based Pinnacle said today in a statement.
