NSAC makes no official ruling on 'Greasegate'

(via MMAjunkie.com) · May 13, 2009 · 10 PM

More than three months after Georges St. Pierre defeated B.J. Penn at UFC 94, their match is still under scrutiny.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission again addressed allegations that welterweight champ St. Pierre used illegal greasing agents in his victory, but once again the commission failed to make an official ruling on the subject.

"This is a non-action, informational item, and therefore no formal action can be taken by the commission regarding this item," NSAC chairman Bill Brady during Wednesday's meeting.
