Arum: Pacquiao-Cotto tentatively set for Nov. 14 in Las Vegas

Top Rank head honcho Bob Arum says that pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao and one of his other top clients, Miguel Cotto, have told him they want to fight each other.

"I hope to put it together this week, to get an agreement on terms," Arum told The L.A. Times today, saying a tentative date has been set for Nov. 14 in Las Vegas.

The official weight of the fight and how the money will be split seem to be the key ingredients to finalizing the issue.

Shane Mosley said earlier this month that he had reached a fight agreement with Pacquiao, but Arum said Mosley would be a candidate only if a deal with Cotto, who defeated Josh Clottey Saturday in New York, could not be worked out.
