New York Gov. David Paterson is apparently close to a decision that could change the face of south Queens, with a little help from Steve Wynn.
"I want to do it myself – no partners, no groups, one company," Wynn told WCBS about the project.
The object of his affections is a run-down relic of a racetrack in Queens. The Aqueduct has fallen on hard times but is now being eyed as a potentially source of revenue.
