The West Coast Conference set attendance records last spring when it held its men's and women's basketball tournaments in Las Vegas, the first time the league staged its marquee hoops events in a neutral city. It discovered that Las Vegas isn't just any city, so it extended its pact with the Orleans Arena. The conference produced a video to highlight the lengthening of its contract.
