The Improper writes about a new original Lifetime movie to premiere in September about the 1998 death of Las Vegas casino heir Ted Binion. The movie, "Sex & Lies in Sin City," is based on the book, "Murder in Sin City" by Jeff German, the Las Vegas Sun's senior investigative reporter.
