The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that a Las Vegas man, Kyle Kimoto of Assail Inc., has been found guilty of 12 counts of wire fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud, wire fraud and money laundering and one count of mail fraud by an Illinois grand jury.
According to prosecutors, he faces 175 years in prison and a $3.5 million fine.
