This report from a state legislator who was attending Gov. Jim Gibbons' emergency budget meeting this morning:
The governor forgot to (decided not to?) turn off his cell. At one point, the phone begins vibrating. Someone must have sent him a text or email. He texted back, our source says.
Relevant question: Who was he texting? And why?
This was an emergency budget meeting. Just about everyone in state government who's important was there.
The room was aghast, the source said.
Also, some participants found out that Gibbons wanted to hold the meeting only when they read about it last night in media reports.

Umm...isn't Luv Guv on record as saying that he's not going to text anymore?
Governor has his own phone now.
He promise not to text on a state phone anymore.
Revelant question: Is the Sun a real newspaper?
Just plain ARROGANCE.
The lying idiot can't control himself.
