A day after wrapping up its spring Saturday, the Michigan State football team on Sunday continued to build toward the fall.
The Spartans received a commitment from Anthony Jones, a linebacker who last season played at Indiana. The 6-foot-4, 255-pound Jones confirmed the commitment on social media.
Jones, who began his career at Oregon, appeared in 12 games as a redshirt freshman last season, including four starts. He made 12 tackles, including a half-tackle for loss.
A Las Vegas native, Jones played two games at Oregon in 2022 in a redshirt season.
