The search for a new superintendent will ultimately end like everything else with the Clark County School District.
The new superintendent will immediately come up against the “we have tried that before,” “that won’t work,” “listen to us, we know best,” “new ideas are not needed” mentality of the current school board.
Frustration will cause the new hire to resign, probably within a year, and walk away with lots of money and nothing to show for it.
Watch it unfold, it’s so predictable.
