State lawmakers have less than a month to fill Nevada's $3 billion budget hole. State Sen. Majority Leader Steven Horsford (Clark-D) says taxes may be in order to restore cuts to education, but a conservative think tank says more budget cuts are the answer. Jon talks with two groups on opposite sides of the budget debate.
